EVENT CONSULTING
If you love to do the Event Planning, but aren't sure where to start, or would like advice along the way - this service is for you!
I can meet with you to discuss logistics, vendor recommendations, and more! This is an hourly charge, from 1-3 hours. The hours do not have to be consecutive, and we can meet throughout your planning process.
Hour One: $75
Subsequent Hours: $50

THE WARM UP
Planning meeting to discuss ideas, themes, vendor recommendations, and more!
I’ll be there to help you get things started.

Starting at $75 for hour one and $50 for subsequent hours.
THE ASSIST
• 3 hours on-site event planning services:
*Setup/Decoration
*Drink Service for Guests
*Clean Up/Tear Down
• Additional hours can be purchased

$150 for three hours; $50 for additional hours.
THE GOAL
Everything included in The Basics, plus:
• Balloon Garland or Small Arrangement
• 12 Cupcakes or Cookies
• Customized Birthday Banner
• Customized Birthday Tee/Onesie

Pricing based on item customization.
THE HAT TRICK
You provide a theme and a budget, I’ll take care of the rest!
• Two planning meetings prior to the party
• Up to 6 hours on party day
• Additional hours can be purchased

$400 for six hours; $50 for subsequent hours
THE POWER PLAY
Assistance when holding your party at a local event facility. I'll do the booking and assist during the party with clean up, serving cake, loading gifts outside, and more.

$75 for two hours.
